Tim Kress

Tim is a natural when it comes to selling real estate. Beginning in 1991, with over twelve years of experience in the field, Tim earned three real estate designations. With a Bachelors in Economics from St. Edward's University, Tim's knowledge and experience enable him to provide his clients top quality service.

Niki Frost

There are a myriad of complex details involved in the closing process. Niki's real estate experience enables her to handle these details in a timely manner to ensure that the sale successfully closes.

Tammy Bazar

Tammy and her husband have been in Austin since 1987 and have lived in every corner of the Austin area. She is a mother of three, very patient and an excellent listener. Tammy's knowledge of Austin and caring-style makes the time she makes and spends with each buyer efficient and enjoyable.

Kris Cummins, Buyer’s Specialist

Kris began his real estate career as an administrative agent for realtors. While doing his daily job, Kris learned all aspects of real estate. His knowledge in the administrative field allowed him to become a successful Buyer's Specialist for Tim Kress & Associates.

Sally Cummins

Sally provides administrative support in order to establish client confidence and to ensure a smooth & positive real estate transaction. She graduated from Texas Christian University and worked in the telecommunication industry before entering the world of Real Estate.

Molly West, Interior Designer

Molly West has over 30 years experience in home interior design and presentation. We are providing Molly's support free of charge, realizing that the progress you all make together can be of great benefit to everyone!
